It was so fun to visit with my friend Michelle! We have been friends since high school and we talked for hours today. She was in town because her daughter, Audrey, was in a volleyball tournament. She wanted to come over to our house to hang out. Audrey lost her game this morning and didn't have any more games. We had been going back-and-forth on what we could do today and I had told her that she could come over and I'm glad it worked out. We ended up meeting at the Mesa airport cell phone lot. I said hi to her parents and Gary and Audrey and then Michael drove us home. I think by the time we got to the house it was close to 2 PM and we didn't leave until after 6 PM. We talked about everything. Kids, jobs, travel, you name it.
What a blessing it was to have a visit together!
