I can't believe Daniel is 15! He had a great birthday! On his birthday, he had to take finals and study for a final the next day. I took him to lunch at Babbo's so he could have his favorite--a calzone. That night, we sang to him and he opened his family presents.
On Thursday night, he had his friends over for a party. They ate, played in the pool and hot tub, and hung out for the evening.

Andrew and I donated blood today! Andrew did great! He finished way faster than I did. I'm just glad my iron was high enough. I took him out for some tacos afterwards. Great job, Andrew!
I was able to chaperone the Main Event field trip for Andrew and Daniel for their marketing classes. This was a reward for doing well on their Market Days projects. Daniel's Marketing class did the project, and Andrew's Advanced Marketing class helped. I don't get many opportunities to chaperone field trips these days, so I'm glad it worked out. It was a fun afternoon!
Jonathan had his end-of-the-year band concert tonight. All the bands sounded great! I'm so proud of Jonathan for all of his hard work in band!
His 7th grade concert band played three numbers, and this one was his favorite, "The Red Balloon"
I love hearing my kids play the piano! Jonathan and Daniel did a great job at their recital today. They are the "big kids" of the group now, and the teacher made the comment that the other kids can play as well as Jonathan and Daniel some day if they keep practicing!
