Jonny's band concert was the night before finals, which was unfortunate timing. His band teacher didn't have much control over it since so many activities have to share the gym. She did make the concert count for the band final and gave them time to study for other finals during band class, so that was nice. Jonny's band played beautifully! Jonny said that the other day he was in class (he is the only clarinet so his teacher can easily hear how he is playing) and the teacher yelled "stop!" and started clapping and everyone joined in. She was so proud of Jonny for how well he played because she knows he's not always the most confident player and she praised him for his excellent playing. Great job, Jonny!
